Cement Mixer Truck

Syntech provides superior quality concrete mixers and mixer trucks that meet the specifications of various construction and development projects.

We provide specialized concrete mixer drums ranging from 8m3 – 12m3 capacity.

Stetter case – Concrete truck mixer fights abrasion with Hardox® steel - SSAB

Our Hardox tehnology-enabled range structure, doubles the life span of the regular  mixer drums. Hardox steel wear plates are reknown for their higher wear and impact resistance. When used within , they have the characteristics of a low-weight, high-load capacity, more wear-resistant drum.

CONSTRUCTION

Static Cement Mixer

From Normal Strength Concrete,  Ordinary Cement, Reinforced Concrete, Prestressed Concrete to Asphalt Concrete. At Syntech, we manufacture onsite Tilting, Non-tilting drum mixers  and Reversing drum mixers. As with most mixers, Pan mixers have blades which facilitate the process of mixing. These blades are generally shaped like a star to ensure optimum efficiency.

In 1993, when standard imported plants could not meet RDC’s requirements for a cement batching plant, we were commissioned to design and build a 90 cu metre per hour dry batching plant for them. Our engineers collaborated with RDC with a design built to their needs. And in recognition for our quality product and services, RDC awarded us with an order for a second plant the following year.

These cement mixing vertical batching and horizontal plants enables concrete to be manufactured economically. They can be mobile, and installed quickly and capable of robust construction needs. It includes mixers (either tilt drum or horizontal, or in some cases both), cement batchers, aggregate batchers, conveyors, radial stackers, aggregate bins, cement bins, heaters, chillers, cement silos, batch plant controls, and dust collectors.

There are many types of mixers and the heart of the concrete batching plant is the mixer.

There are two main types of cement mixers: batch and continuous. In each type there are several configurations. The ready-mix plants combine all of the materials except for water at the concrete plant. This mixture is put into a concrete transportation truck and taken to the project site where water is added. Fresh concrete has many applications, which is why different grades of cement, would require different preparation process. The different grades indicate the strength of the concrete and how it’s been being used.
